At Morrisons, we’re proud to produce a wide range of high-quality products. As a Manufacturing Key Operative - New Product Development (NPD), you’ll have the opportunity to assist in the NPD process from concept to launch. Your ideas and input will support us in launching complete product ranges.

Role Responsibilities

1. Food preparation, including samples for internal and customer presentations.
2. Planning trials and making products based on briefs.
3. Organising and maintaining the NPD kitchen, including stock rotation, cleaning, and housekeeping.
4. Collecting samples from the factory.
5. Supporting factory trials.
6. Visiting stores for training and development.
