Job summary

Poundstretcher is seeking a part-time Key Holder to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will work 4 hours a week with opportunities for overtime, supporting Store and Deputy Managers, and helping to drive sales and store performance.

You will lead by example, maintain high standards, and recruit and motivate staff to achieve store objectives while prioritising health and safety. This role suits someone with a passion for retail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
