We are looking for a Part-Time Key Holder role, working 12 hours per week, with keyholder responsibilities.

Purpose of the Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards, ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand
• Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to maximize customer satisfaction
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Process sales transactions carefully and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet store needs

Key Skills and Experience

Essential

• Experience in retail industry
• Good communication skills
• Availability for opening and closing the store, including cashing up and managing the store in the manager's absence
• Weekday availability

• Good IT skills
• Experience working in a luxury fashion brand
