• Prior retail supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and support opening/closing.
• Welcome, advise, style and build genuine customer connections.
• Drive results through excellent, natural service.
• Support the team with guidance and feedback during the day.
• Keep store standards, visuals, stock processes and operations sharp.
• Learn product knowledge and commercial awareness continuously.
