Job description

Position Overview

The Key Holder is responsible for driving the team to meet or exceed profitability expectations, training and developing store staff, leading by example on the selling floor, and maintaining store standards in both the selling floor and stockroom.

Job Description

  1. Assist the management team in exceeding profitability and sales targets.
  2. Help achieve all KPI targets consistently.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment, greeting, and acknowledging customers upon entrance.
  4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular coaching.
  6. Maintain solid product knowledge.
  7. Achieve individual sales targets.
  8. Work successfully as part of a team with all company employees.
  9. Open and close the store when required.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Participate in and attend all store meetings and related functions.
  2. Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties as required.
  3. Be willing and available to travel and work at different locations as necessary.
  4. Maintain standards in line with job requirements and company policies.
  5. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  6. Work additional hours as needed.
  7. Adhere to procedures for the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
  8. Complete all duties timely and satisfactorily as assigned.
  9. Maintain punctuality and adhere to the work schedule.
  10. Work effectively with colleagues and management.
  11. Maintain a neat and presentable appearance, adhering to dress code.
  12. Represent a positive attitude toward merchandise and the company.
  13. Follow the 6 Guess Rules and company handbook guidelines.
