Reebok Europe is looking for an Account Marketing Lead. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and serve as the key contact for a specific area/territory, managing relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts across the sport and lifestyle sector.

We seek growth-driven candidates with a passion for the brand, community, and product, and a first-minded approach.

Ideally, candidates will have a fashion background.

Main Responsibilities include:

  1. Lead marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives for key European accounts.
  2. Develop tailored strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal plans.
  3. Create and execute campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
  4. Manage cross-functional teams and agencies on content, media, influencers, training, and activations.
  5. Collaborate with PR, social, and creative teams to brief and align on campaign messaging.
  6. Track and analyze performance to improve results, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
  7. Manage the annual marketing budget with clear resource allocation and financial accountability.

Person Specifications:

  1. Fluent in German at a business level, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands, ideally within sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  3. Strong background in account and online marketing management, with experience working with platforms such as Zalando and About You.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  5. Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills; experienced in leading brand plans across marketing, sales, and merchandising to deliver tailored, best-in-class product campaigns.
