Location: Ammanford
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Duties

  1. Teamwork
    • Contributes to the area sales office by maintaining effective levels of communication and working towards achieving shared objectives.
    • Maintains awareness of Area Contracts Office (ACO) targets and objectives.
    • Contributes to improvement process.
    • Prepared to help out in other customer related areas.
  2. Sales
    • Raising and maintaining quotes.
    • Promoting sales growth by maximising margins and making best use of promotions.
    • Referring complex requests to subject matter specialists within and outside the branch as necessary.
    • Setting up and maintaining leads system.
  3. Customer service
    • Providing best in class service to customers via face-to-face interaction when necessary, and remote means.
    • Checks and confirms customer expectations and explains clearly when these cannot be met.
    • Acts as first point of contact for customer disputes.
    • Develops and maintains strong customer and supplier relationships, maximising 'add on' sales.
  4. Administration
    • Performs general administrative duties i.e. filing of quotes and leads.
    • Collates information for statistical analysis and distributes as necessary.
    • Raises purchase orders for direct sales.
    • Processes sales orders and follows audit trail.

  • Has a track record of success in a Sales role.

  • Has excellent communication skills and is a motivated and flexible team worker.
