  • Act as a key point of contact for the team and customers
  • Manage job orders, quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate job records and customer service data
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support credit control and handle inbound/outbound comms

Key Accounts Administrator - What you’ll need:

  • Proven admin and customer service experience
  • Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; CRM systems a bonus)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Experience in credit control (advantageous but not essential)

Working Hours in the Key Accounts Administrator job role:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Office-based in Brackley, Northamptonshire
