About The Role

Atlas Security is the UK’s newest and most ambitious security company, part of the Atlas Group. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our leadership team and shape our service delivery.

This high-impact role combines strategic contract oversight with hands-on support. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, drive innovation, and ensure excellence across all touchpoints, from frontline operations to back-office systems.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead initiatives, support mobilisations, and champion the wellbeing of our people and clients.

Location

· Based in London – Southwark

· Regular travel across client sites expected

Salary & Benefits

· £65,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Hours

· Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

· Flexibility required due to the 24/7 nature of our operations
