Position Overview

Key Account Manager for Wholesale Women's Footwear and Accessories

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell seasonal collections to buyers multiple times a year, ensuring targets are met and the assortment aligns with brand strategy.
  • Manage key account budgets.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of seasonal trade performance and monthly forecasting of pre-sale sell-through to accurately predict end-of-season sell-through.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Hold regular trade meetings with accounts to monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments, building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Visit stores regularly to ensure brand representation aligns with visual guidelines, and meet with store managers to discuss sales, opportunities, and collection feedback.
  • Conduct seasonal in-store brand training sessions.
Position Requirements and Skills
  • Experience in key account management, with strong relationships in UK/Ireland department stores and e-commerce accounts.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the women's footwear and accessories market in the UK/Ireland.
  • Analytical skills with confidence in interpreting and presenting data.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
