Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Own the end-to-end relationship with one of Straumann’s most strategic DSO partners. Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, operational leaders, and clinical influencers. Build understanding of customer strategy, challenges, and goals to position Straumann as a trusted partner. Navigate challenging conversations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Programme & Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and tracking of joint initiatives, pilots, and implementations. Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor KPIs, report progress, and adapt plans to align with objectives.
- Account Development & Commercial Growth: Identify and develop opportunities within the account, including new site rollouts, digital workflows, training, and portfolio expansion. Build strategic account plans and leverage data to influence decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Advocate for customer needs, influence internal stakeholders, and facilitate governance meetings to maintain momentum.
- Market & Industry Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments. Use insights to shape strategic proposals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record managing complex, strategic accounts in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or dental industry. Experience with DSOs preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Commercial acumen to drive outcomes while maintaining strategic relationships.
- Comfortable with digital health solutions and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; postgraduate or professional qualifications a plus.
