Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in social housing or new build markets? We’re working with a leading manufacturer in the heating and ventilation sector, seeking a Regional Business Manager to develop key relationships and grow market share across the South Central region.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a regional strategy focused on increasing product specifications and sales across social housing providers and new build developers. This is a senior-level field sales role focused on long-term strategic growth, with full ownership of your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive regional revenue and profit through strategic business development.
  • Build strong partnerships with regional social landlords, new build developers, and key accounts.
  • Identify and convert specification opportunities across refurbishment and new build projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure pricing alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver CPD presentations and engage in solution-led selling.
  • Manage CRM pipeline effectively to support forecasting and performance analysis.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in sales within social housing, merchant, wholesaler, or installer channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of routes to market.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills at a senior level.
  • Solid experience in project-based sales, particularly in specification-led environments.
  • High level of organisation, autonomy, and IT competency (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter with a positive, customer-first attitude.
