Key Account Manager (all genders)
Location: within close proximity to London
Responsibilities
Your mission
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening the strategic partnership with our key utility-scale clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and driving mutual business growth.
- Accountable for driving and achieving business objectives across the assigned countries or regions under your management
- Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially
- Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies
- Provide account forecasts while keeping the company's CRM and other company information tools up to date
- Develop together with the strategic account leadership team strategies to maintain LONGi\'s product and brand as one of the key product and solution provider for our client
- Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and our client. This may include trips to audit plants together with the client
- Leverage our products and company's unique capabilities and strengths
- Initiate creative solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships
Requirements
You need
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Demonstrated experience in key account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships (within renewable energy sector is a strong advantage, especially in utility scale segment)
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role is essential; experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry is not mandatory but will be considered a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English
