Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to drive sales, education, and events strategy, and to build strong relationships with our Sephora EU accounts. This role is crucial in expanding our brand’s presence and ensuring exceptional performance in a key international market.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sephora EU accounts, execute brand initiatives, develop retailer-centric strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management & Collaboration: Foster credible relationships with internal teams and external contacts at Sephora EU, working collaboratively to develop omnichannel strategies focusing on in-store and online brand plans.
  • Performance & Market Analysis: Host monthly virtual meetings, monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, lead bi-annual market meetings, and conduct competitor and promotional analyses.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven Key Account Management experience in the beauty or luxury retail industry, specifically with Sephora EU.
  • Successful track record in driving sales, managing relationships, and executing strategic plans in retail.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English and French (highly preferred).
  • Proactive, results-oriented, highly organized, with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
