Key Account Manager – Ruminant Products - South West England - £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card

Are you passionate about ruminant nutrition and looking to take your career in animal health or feed sales to the next level? An established and well-respected business in the agricultural sector is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth of its ruminant product range through retail and distribution partners across the South West of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, customer-focused company with a strong reputation for quality and service.

The Role
  • Develop and manage sales through agricultural retailers, merchants, and distributors
  • Build lasting relationships with trade partners, offering expert guidance on product positioning, promotions, and technical information
  • Deliver commercial targets through proactive territory planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Act as the trusted technical liaison between the business and its channel partners, supporting both commercial and technical conversations
The Person
  • Proven experience in the ruminant sector – this could be from feed sales, nutrition consultancy, animal health, or livestock production
  • Solid understanding of ruminant nutrition and/or livestock farming
  • Previous success in a B2B, distributor-facing sales role is highly desirable
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a consultative, supportive approach to sales
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West
The Package
  • Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 10% annual bonus
