Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to lead Rare Liver Diseases initiatives across North London and East Anglia. You will partner with NHS stakeholders to optimise patient pathways, improve access to treatment, and deliver better outcomes for patients.

Working cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Marketing and Sales teams, you will develop strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with hospitals and Integrated Care Systems, and drive value-based solutions

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales or related commercial role.
Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and navigating complex systems.
Experience building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver value.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with local NHS priorities and Ipsen's vision.
Build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, Integrated Care Systems, and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and facilitate access to care.
Deliver value-based solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Create impactful customer engagement through a tailored omnichannel approach.
Work closely with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve shared goals.
