For Takeda UK, we are looking for a Region Southeast England Key Account Manager.

Your tasks in detail:
  • Develop the regional business plan and financial objectives, supporting and reflecting central strategy.
  • Lead the delivery of the business plan working in collaboration with other Takeda functions.
  • Align business objectives to NHS customer needs across local health economies/networks.
  • Construct, present, and agree on financial objectives, promotional strategies, and tactics with the Divisional Sales Director/Business Unit Director for the region.
  • Be accountable for delivering the plan across the Oncology portfolio, collaborating with field teams and head office functions.
  • Monitor and review the regional business plan, proactively adjusting to changing circumstances to meet business goals.
  • Leverage support for products, ideas, and projects across networks, contributing to the development and mobilization of brand advocates.
  • Collaborate with other Takeda teams and head office to integrate practices and differentiate Takeda in the market.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of national policy objectives and identify opportunities for regional business growth.
  • Ensure knowledge management and CRM systems are maintained according to Takeda standards, ensuring transparency of plans and objectives.
  • Understand and adhere to the APBI Code of Practice and Takeda SOPs to uphold the company's reputation.
Your profile:
  • Degree in a scientific or business-related subject or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of successful industry sales experience.
  • Understanding of the UK pharmaceutical industry, NHS policies, structures, funding streams, and processes.
  • Experience managing customer relationships across various customer types, including decision-makers within local health economies.
  • Strong business planning and account management skills.
  • High influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Well-developed business and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical data effectively.
  • Proactive, accountable, and driven to complete tasks and deliver results.
