Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Increase overall sales of Residential, Commercial, and Cooling solutions (volume, value, and margin in line with targets).
  • Expand the project pipeline by growing Heating and Cooling solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Specify products to M+E consultants.
  • Develop relationships with BMS and M+E contractors, HVAC merchants, and wholesalers.
  • Assist with product selection and dimensioning, providing technical support as needed.
  • Deliver product and application training, including CPD, seminars, and training sessions.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Residential, Commercial, and Cooling systems, with experience in delivering solutions and working with customers and stakeholders across sales and technical applications. You should be an excellent communicator, team-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve results. Motivated by success, innovative, and open-minded, with a good understanding of growth mindset and leadership.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience or good understanding of Residential, Commercial, and Cooling applications.
  • Understanding of mechanical heating and cooling systems.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience selling solutions to developers, contractors, authorities, and housing associations is beneficial.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships across organizations.
  • Collaborative attitude and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good organizational skills and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of account management or key account management.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Passion, persistence, and tenacity.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
