The key responsibilities for this exciting Key Account Manager position will focus on growing & developing a well-established account base, along with developing new business opportunities. This includes building relationships and cultivating opportunities across the UK, directly with end users in the finance and banking sector, data centre market, and indirectly with prime / general contractors.
The role involves solution selling in a business-to-business context, offering installation of critical IT infrastructure, cabling, rack & stack, containment, power, energy, lighting, LV systems & managed services.
This role requires being autonomous, self-generating leads, and managing appointments. The successful candidate will join a sales team of 12, and will be expected to meet and exceed targets, converting marketing strategies into sales. It’s a challenging but rewarding role, offering a great opportunity to be part of a stable organization experiencing rapid growth.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in the IT infrastructure, Tech, or SaaS sectors who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, disciplined, well-organized, and possess a focus on closing deals through managing long, complex sales cycles and winning business.
Experience in a high-pressure sales environment, ideally selling security systems into the commercial or public sector in Ireland, is preferred. You should be confident operating at all levels of business and capable of interfacing with various organizations across sectors. Polished oral, written communication, and presentation skills are essential.
This Key Account Manager role offers a basic salary of £65,000 / £70,000 with a realistic OTE of £100,000+ based on uncapped commissions.
