Job Title: Key Account Manager

We offer a great opportunity to work with chain customers in Casual Dining, managing one large key account, and identifying future growth opportunities.

The role of Key Account Manager is part of a business comprising several subsidiaries across Europe, operating under a major international Group. They are a dedicated provider of innovative food products sold into Retail and Foodservice channels in the UK, Germany, France, and Benelux.

This UK-based role combines Account Management with the development of new business opportunities within a targeted market and customer base. You will manage a large, rapidly growing customer account valued at over £15 million.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer relationships focusing on tenders, product pricing, service levels, and sourcing. You will oversee one direct report providing administrative, logistics, and customer support.

  • Network across all chain customers in Foodservice and Out of Home sectors, including Casual Dining, QSR, Pub Groups, and Restaurant Groups.
  • Experience managing large accounts with multi-million P&L is essential.
  • Background in the Food and Drink sector, working with Buyers, Chefs, and culinary teams, is required.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Team player with drive and ambition to succeed in sales and customer management.

This position offers hybrid working, requiring presence in the Surrey office three days a week.
