A leading international manufacturer seeks a Key Account Manager for the France and Germany markets. This remote role, based in the UK or Germany, involves managing sales, developing business strategies, and regularly visiting clients. Ideal candidates will have proven B2B account management experience and fluency in both French and English, with German being a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Account Manager – France & Germany
Location: Remote – based in the UK or Germany
Travel to meet clients and attend internal meetings as needed
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus

Main duties:
To manage and grow sales with key distribution partners in France and Germany, identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and drive account profitability in line with strategic market and product priorities.
The role:
• Manage a portfolio of customers, with a strong focus on France and Germany
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop commercial strategies
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to build tailored product proposals and campaigns
• Negotiate annual terms, review pricing, and support contract discussions
• Conduct regular customer visits in Europe approx. 2 weeks travel per month
• Liaise internally with technical, marketing, and customer service teams
• Contribute to product development and market research activities
Candidate's Profile
• Fluent in French and English (additional fluency German a strong advantage)
• Proven experience inbusiness to business account management, preferably in industrial consumables or manufacturing
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with understanding of distribution networks
• Excellent communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach
• Able to analyse data, manage forecasts, and report on account performance
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
• Based remotely in the UK or Germany
£50,000 to £55,000 plus performance bonus and benefits
