Would you like to join an expanding food ingredient business who pay uncapped commission and give you existing accounts to manage?

They are profitable, well run and financially stable and looking to build on their already established customer base by expanding their sales team.

Joining as a Key Account Manager they offer great earnings potential and there will be a chance to prove yourself and potentially progress quickly into larger accounts.

The business are a food and nutrition ingredients distributor who supply into manufacturers of food, fmcg and drinks industries they are looking for a proven field / territory based business development manager to join their growing sales team. The role will be home based with time spent in the field visiting clients across England. Ideally you will live in the midlands and be able to travel.

There is plenty of existing business and the area has been in growth, we need a driven sales person with tenacity to continue this good work driving new business in existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expanding with existing accounts while also sourcing new accounts with food manufacturers.

• Build strong relationships, present new product ideas, whilst exceeding sales and margin.

• Establishing strong relationships with customers and being their primary point of contact.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must possess field based sales negotiation experience within FMCG or food or repeat purchase consumables.

Basic £35-40k + car / allowance with OTE £55-60k++
