A leading consulting firm seeks an experienced Key Account Manager in Glasgow to manage and grow relationships with top advertisers in our Export business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Advertising Technology sales and be proficient in Mandarin to cater to Mandarin-speaking clients. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, ensuring timely solution delivery, and generating new sales to bolster long-term relationships.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to own and manage the relationships with the most important advertisers within our Export business at our client's platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the long term relationships with our top advertisers by and translating a deep understanding of the process and working of these customers and translating this knowledge into an seamless approach to deliver on their requirements and in turn, maximize revenue from these accounts.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our client's platform solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction and maximum revenue potential. A knowledge and previous experience of working with these accounts is critical.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our Export business business to achieve long-term success.
