If you have a passion for building sustainable commercial relationships, our Key Account Manager position, working with our best-in-class Biogel Gloves portfolio, could be a great opportunity for you.

As the new Key Account Manager Gloves, you will be a motivated professional with experience of partnering with NHS surgical teams. As part of a high performing team, you will develop existing business and identify new opportunities within the Central East territory, through the maintenance and growth of profitable relationships.

You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:

  • Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
  • Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
  • Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke Gloves portfolio
  • Presenting our brand value propositions and value-added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products

What you’ll get

  • Salary circa £55,000 depending on experience
  • Performance related annual bonus £25,000 - £50,000

What you’ll need

  • Clear med-device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business NHS relationships
  • Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
  • Well-developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong multichannel solution selling background
