ARE YOU A SALES PROFESSIONAL OR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN ANY CASTING OR FOUNDRY ENVIRONMENT?

Reporting to the Foundry Division Director, you will manage and grow the Top 10 foundry customers to meet sales targets, focusing on profitability and efficiency. You will act as the voice of the customer on sales, design, quality, pricing, and delivery, aiming to increase sales and profit from engineering sector casting sales, support OEM business growth, and assist with export sales in Europe.

This role offers an exciting prospect for sales professionals or key account managers to join a manufacturer that has recently invested significantly in its facilities and is striving for World Class manufacturer status. It is an autonomous role with scope to influence the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Top 10 foundry customers to meet targets
  2. Generate increased sales/profit from engineering casting sales, OEM sales, and export sales in Europe
  3. Manage and develop the sales efforts within the Foundry, liaising internally with sales teams, reps, agents, and stakeholders
  4. Contribute to ongoing improvement and development of pricing strategies
  5. Act as the voice of the customer on sales, design, quality, pricing, and delivery
  6. Support company promotional and marketing activities
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven track record in sales and account management
  2. Experience in the foundry industry
  3. Familiarity with grey iron casting processes
