JOB DESCRIPTION
- A key position in the sourcing department of an international e-commerce company, focusing on acquiring new business.
- The role is based in London, with travel as needed for business growth.
TASKS
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target high-potential brands, aligning partnerships with Veepee's growth objectives. Evaluate and negotiate terms ensuring compliance with standards.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, enhance Veepee's service value, and manage brand integration with the sourcing team.
- Implement sector mapping strategies and build relationships through meetings and industry events to stay proactive in the market.
- Work with Sales Analysts & Support teams to analyze market trends, products, and sales, providing insights for strategic decisions.
- Drive growth through prospecting, brand mapping, and maintaining competitiveness via market analysis and industry best practices.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Higher education qualification (e.g., Business School) with 5-6 years in business development or key account management, preferably in digital, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, results-driven with a proven record in commercial growth and strategic expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills, with experience in prospecting.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis tools like Excel.
- Fluent in English.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- Knowledge of French.
- Interest or experience in fashion or e-commerce sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and digital tools.
