Job Description:

Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading provider of industrial batteries and power solutions. Focusing predominantly on UPS and energy solutions, they require a key national account manager to work on a national basis managing and growing some of their largest accounts and target new end-user business. With a competitive basic and bonus opportunity, this is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual to take on a new role.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing a number of key UPS customer accounts across the UK
  • Launch and implement a business development strategy for the company's energy storage product
  • Provide a solutions-based approach in understanding customer requirements for UPS & Energy Solutions
  • Attend various customer site meetings across the country, trade shows, and exhibitions
  • Develop an understanding of all customer requirements in order to understand how to best optimize their energy usage

Requirements

You will preferably have experience in either energy storage, UPS, or other energy-focused solutions with a strong understanding of the UK energy market. Although this is preferable, it is by no means essential, and our client is open to individuals from a new business sales background who have the ability to target and work with industrial end-users at a high level. Ultimately, you must be enthusiastic about developing energy storage for the business over the course of time. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere within reason in the UK.
