Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Key Account Manager – Amazon at HKC Europe based in Germany, with flexibility for remote work. The Key Account Manager – Amazon will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, optimizing performance, and driving success for HKC brand in Amazon platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful business and be at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.

The Key Account Manager – Amazon will be responsible for

  • Developing Amazon business opportunities for HKC monitors through distributors including Amazon 1P and 3P marketplace
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders including AVS specialist, Vendor Manager and Head of Category Manager
  • Analyzing and implement tactics to improve Amazon BSR (Best Seller Rank) and optimize product listings
  • Overseeing backend logistics, inventory and cost analysis to improve efficiency
  • Taking the lead for cross functional communication to support Amazon business success

Qualifications

  • Experienced in the LCD monitor and PC peripheral categories
  • Had fantastic Amazon 1P/3P/FBA/FBM/Vendor Central/Seller Central experience – ideally from LCD monitor and other PC peripheral categories
  • Had P&L management experience, ideally with exposure of €10M+
  • Ability to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in English, can speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
