TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Cupra, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of centres with a workforce of 1,500, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace focused on learning and development.

Founded in 2006, TPS is based on an Agency Model, stocking and selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth in both revenue and the number of centres nationwide.

Job Purpose

This role aims to strengthen our market position, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales within the UK accident repair market.

Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Share insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Collaborate with Volkswagen Group head office to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Training & Development
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs.
  • Attend customer meetings, centre visits, and industry events to promote products.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for aligned messaging.
  • Communicate regularly with Volkswagen Group head office, sharing updates and insights.
