Job description

As Key Account Manager, you will own the P&L and growth strategy for the healthcare division. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic thinker who thrives on delivering measurable results while putting the customer first.

TRAVEL: Your team of National Account Executives are based in Wolverhampton; you must visit here monthly. Visits to the showroom in London with potential/existing customers will also be required. You will predominantly be based from home and field-based.

THE JOB – KEY DETAILS:

  1. Full P&L responsibility
  2. A team of 2 National Account Executives who will report directly to you
  3. You will be responsible for spearheading and directing the healthcare division
  4. To retain, nurture, and grow existing accounts to ensure you are networking and fully maximizing each opportunity
  5. Identifying, prospecting, and closing new business deals with national organizations

DECISION MAKERS: Dealing largely with senior decision makers from Procurement, Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, up to C-Suite; you need to be agile in your communication style and accustomed to a multi-decision-maker process, which could result in a lengthy sales process.

PORTFOLIO: Selling Bottled Water Coolers, Integrated Instant Chilled & Boiling Taps, Full Hospitality Systems, Drinking Water Fountains, Boilers, and Bottle Filling Stations. They offer a one-stop solution for any commercial water filtration requirements!

THE PERSON:

  • Healthcare sales background – MUST have sold into the NHS and understand supply chain, procurement, and frameworks.
  • Currently managing P&L, pricing strategy, financial modeling, and contracts in line with business goals
  • Leadership experience – ideally managed direct reports before
  • Happy to commute to Wolverhampton monthly (where your NAEs are based)

  • £55-70,000 per annum basic salary, depending on experience + £30K+ OTE
