A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee the P&L and growth strategy for their healthcare division. This role requires a strong healthcare sales background, particularly with NHS, and involves managing a team of National Account Executives. The successful candidate will work from home with regular travel to Wolverhampton and other client locations. A competitive salary package of £55-70k plus additional benefits is offered.
As Key Account Manager, you will own the P&L and growth strategy for the healthcare division. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic thinker who thrives on delivering measurable results while putting the customer first.
TRAVEL: Your team of National Account Executives are based in Wolverhampton; you must visit here monthly. Visits to the showroom in London with potential/existing customers will also be required. You will predominantly be based from home and field-based.
THE JOB – KEY DETAILS:
DECISION MAKERS: Dealing largely with senior decision makers from Procurement, Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, up to C-Suite; you need to be agile in your communication style and accustomed to a multi-decision-maker process, which could result in a lengthy sales process.
PORTFOLIO: Selling Bottled Water Coolers, Integrated Instant Chilled & Boiling Taps, Full Hospitality Systems, Drinking Water Fountains, Boilers, and Bottle Filling Stations. They offer a one-stop solution for any commercial water filtration requirements!
