Key Account Manager
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Are you a relationship-builder with a flair for account management? This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!
We're working with a vibrant and growing company in the heart of Uxbridge who are now looking for a confident and commercially aware Key Account Manager to join their fantastic team. This is more than just a client services role - you'll be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery, client onboarding, and ongoing relationship development.
If you enjoy juggling projects, talking to people, solving problems, and making a difference to both clients and internal teams alike - this could be your perfect match.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Acting as the key liaison point for all client queries - a true ambassador for the business.
  2. Managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their journey.
  3. Coordinating project timelines and deliverables within national and key accounts.
  4. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to maximise account retention and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Researching and sourcing new business contacts to help grow the account footprint.
  6. Preparing account performance reports, tracking KPIs, and feeding back trends and insights in regular review meetings.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Previous experience in B2B account management, customer service or sales support is essential.
  2. Naturally organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
  3. Confident juggling multiple priorities, with excellent attention to detail.
  4. Experience working on projects or within project teams would be an advantage.
  5. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
