We help enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our customers in the global shipping industry, covering all vessel types and mobile offshore units. As a partner to industry, we offer services in testing, certification, training, and technical advisory through the energy value chain. The Business Development section in Maritime Region North Europe (M-N) covers 14 countries. Our responsibilities include profiling, marketing, sales, and key account management. We work closely with our Customer Support Centre (CSC) to support and engage local customers. Our goal is to strengthen DNV’s market position and drive maritime account activities in the region. This involves growth strategies, customer retention, and securing newbuilding orders. We also organize customer courses, seminars, and events.
We maintain an extensive network both within DNV and in the Maritime industry. Our expertise covers ship classification, statutory matters, and advisory services. We value customer engagement, competence development, and teamwork. Currently, we’re expanding our Key Account Manager (KAM) team in Oslo, our office is based in Hovik. The Key Account Manager will report to the Head of Section in Bergen, Norway.
