We’re working with a leading provider of innovative construction solutions that’s looking for a Key Account Manager to nurture high-value client relationships and drive commercial growth across their waterproofing systems division. What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and loyalty
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with customer goals
  • Identify new revenue streams and cross-sell opportunities across business units
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met
  • Monitor account performance and contribute to pipeline and forecasting insights
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar key account or client management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, solutions-based approach
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally
  • Background in construction, building products, or technical sales
