I'm recruiting on behalf of a market-leading service provider specialising in automated entrance solutions for high-traffic, safety-critical environments. With a well-established UK footprint and a strong European presence, the business supports major organisations in retail, facilities management, transport, and regulated sectors, providing fully tailored service and maintenance solutions.
They are now looking to appoint a National Key Account Manager to join their successful UK Service Sales team. This is a high-profile, standalone role, reporting directly to the Service Sales Director, and focused on strategic account growth, customer retention, and long-term commercial success.
The role is home-based and open to candidates located anywhere in the UK, with regular national travel to client sites and occasional office visits (HQ is in the South East).
What You Need to Know This role is all about relationship development and commercial leadership. You’ll take ownership of several major national accounts—primarily in the retail and FM sectors—and be responsible for growing revenues, negotiating renewals, identifying service enhancements, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Background isn’t everything—what matters most is that you have experience selling service and maintenance contracts. Whether you’ve done that in technical services, FM, security, fire safety, HVAC, lifts, plant, or any other service-led sector—if you understand the sales lifecycle and can manage large national accounts, we’d love to hear from you.
