Are you an experienced professional passionate about strategic partnerships and public tenders? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing relationships with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and overseeing activities related to public tenders.

In this field-based role, you will travel across the country and to our headquarters in the Netherlands approximately 50% of the time. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the European Tender and Contract Manager to ensure seamless coordination and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with UK Private Healthcare Customers, KOLs, and stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Work with internal departments on contract management, technical file preparation, contract submission, and formulate winning tender strategies.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities to partner with private healthcare organizations within the UK.
  • Strategic Pricing: Develop pricing strategies to support existing and new business based on market trends and procedural requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal Field Implementation team to align on goals and provide technical support for contracts.

What you bring

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience with surgical device sales, clinical development, and/or marketing in the Operating Room.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position and a proven track record, or experience managing regional tenders successfully.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based applications.
