Role: Industrial Account Manager
Location: Home-based (UK-wide travel - 80%)
Industry: Industrial Bakery, Food Ingredients

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Driving sales and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.
  2. Providing technical insights and product-driven solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Supporting business strategy by identifying trends and leveraging market opportunities.
  4. Managing customer relationships across the supply chain - NPD, purchasing, production & more.
  5. Engaging with internal teams to enhance service, forecasting, and product development.

What You'll Bring:

  1. Proven B2B account management experience - ideally within industrial baking or food ingredients.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex markets.
  3. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  4. Technical knowledge of plant bread bakeries (pizza, flatbreads, tortillas, rolls, enriched doughs - a plus!).
  5. Ability to work independently, manage projects, and multitask effectively.
