Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a technical environment? As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary operational contact for a portfolio of key customers, ensuring seamless communication, order alignment, and contract execution. You\'ll act as the voice of the customer, driving performance, resolving issues, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order acknowledgements and alignment with internal systems.
  • Lead order book reviews, forecast management, and CRM opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering) to meet delivery and performance targets.
  • Coordinate and issue accurate customer quotes, ensuring compliance and feasibility.
  • Drive customer performance reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer visits, contract reviews, and financial pipeline planning.
