Key Account Manager - Swansea - 3 months - 31 hours a week

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with an education organisation to recruit a Learning and Development Key Account Manager. This role focuses on maintaining relationships, signposting options, and engaging with existing partners. If you are a confident communicator, this is for you!

This role is based on-site, 31 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

What the Learning and Development Key Account Manager will be doing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Confidently communicating with key employer's senior HR/OD representatives to understand their objectives and working with them to achieve these through effective implementation of learning and development support.
  • Meeting with key clients via Teams or phone to discuss apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Assisting staff to identify workforce needs and advising on different opportunities.
  • Ensuring strong links between Training, the Work Based Learning department, and each Key Account, particularly regarding the use of Smart Assessor and online learning tools like Canvas.

  • The ability to engage and build relationships with employers to provide a range of services supporting customer requirements.
  • A sales background.
  • Ability to travel to employer premises.
What you will get in return
  • £20.14 - £21.34 per hour, based on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
  • Early finish on Fridays.
