Job description

Evolve are recruiting for a leading Pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Key Account Manager specialising in Women's Health. This role involves selling products, gaining market access for new products, and ensuring the delivery of sales and market access outcomes at a territory level. This is a full-time position covering Wales.

Ideal Requirements for a Key Account Manager


  1. A proven track record working in the area as a KAM working at primary and secondary care levels.
  2. ABPI qualified.
  3. A strong commitment to making a meaningful impact in women's healthcare.
  4. A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.

Role Responsibilities for a Key Account Manager


  1. Facilitate the development of formularies, positive policies and guidelines.
  2. Building and maintaining a relevant and deep understanding of the women's healthcare environment.
  3. Managing budgets and utilizing relevant company resources to develop business.
  4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the product portfolio on designated territory through robust and effective account plans.
