Gower College Swansea is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to implement its Employer Engagement Strategy, focusing on managing key employer accounts and supporting apprenticeship provisions. To work with the Head of Employer Engagement to effectively implement the Employer Engagement Strategy - specifically through Key Account Management of large levy paying employers in South Wales & beyond.
