What does the role involve?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but your activities will include:

  1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to tailor solutions.
  2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
  3. Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

What you need is:

Qualities and skills for an Account Manager include:

  • Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
  • Solution-oriented approach to uncover customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Shared values: commitment, teamwork, courage, integrity.
  • Resilience and adaptability across all customer levels.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing time and priorities independently.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose points and expiry dates if applicable.
