We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of major retail and online accounts across the UK & Ireland. This is a senior-level sales role where you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with large DIY retailers, online platforms, and buying groups, while also identifying opportunities for new business development.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing account strategies, negotiating annual trading agreements, and ensuring accounts are managed effectively, profitably, and in line with service level agreements. With full responsibility for senior-level client relationships, you'll act as the primary contact for key partners, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver growth and long-term value.
