This opportunity is with a leading Kent-based IT MSP which is circa 80 people strong. The organisation owns its own data centres, with other infrastructure to help deliver high-quality and cost-efficient solutions.
The role is to be a Key Account Manager (to look after 20 of the company's largest customers around London and the South of England - several hundred to several thousand user customers, in sectors like financial services, insurance, etc.).
The role involves working alongside a Service Account Manager (who handles reporting and administrative tasks) to manage client relationships, retain accounts, plan future IT investments, identify opportunities within accounts, and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
The basic salary is circa £70,000 plus uncapped commission with a £120k OTE. Technologies involved include Microsoft Azure, 365, managed services, support, AI, data centres, projects, and professional services.
This is a home-based, client-facing role, requiring visits to the Kent office only once a fortnight or month.
