Culligan’s are Hiring: Key Account Manager (Senior NAM/National Account Controller)

THE ROLE:

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our client, Culligan’s UK, high performing commercial team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal to the success of your specialist vertical market, which could be one of the following:

  • Health Care
  • Professional Services & Offices
  • Public Sector & Education
  • Retail & Distribution
  • Travel & Leisure

With full P&L responsibility, and a team of 2 National Account Executives to support you who will report directly into you, you will be responsible for spearheading and directing your specialist division to both retain, nurture and grow existing accounts to ensure you are networking and fully maximizing on each opportunity, as well as identifying, prospecting and closing new business deals with national organisations.

Dealing largely with senior level decision makers from Procurement/Facilities Managers, all the way up to C-Suite, you will need to be agile in your style of communication and accustomed to a multi-decision maker process, which could result in a lengthy sales process. Presenting to the potential client Culligan’s full range of services, from Bottled Water Coolers, Integrated Instant Chilled & Boiling Taps, Full Hospitality Systems, Drinking Water Fountains, Boilers and Bottle Filling Stations, Culligan’s can truly offer a one stop solution for any commercial water filtration requirements.

You will predominantly be based from home or out on the road in front of clients, but with your team of National Account Exec’s in place, regular visits to the office in Wolverhampton, and visits to the showroom in London with potential/existing customers, will be required.

As a Key Account Manager at Culligan, you will own the P&L and growth strategy for your industry vertical, this is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic thinker who thrives on delivering measurable results while putting the customer first.

THE PERSON:
  • Proven track record in managing an entire business unit within one of the aforementioned vertical markets, Health Care, Professional Services/Offices, Hospitality & Leisure, Retail & Distribution & Public Sector & Education
  • Have managed clients at National level with multiple sites/decision makers.
  • Currently managing at least one person at NAE/KAE level.
  • Currently be fully managing P&L, pricing strategy, financial modeling & contracts in line with business goals .
  • Comfortable reporting and presenting regularly internally to senior management.
  • Expertise in consultative/solution selling (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).

THE PACKAGE:

  • £55-70,000 per annum basic salary, depending on experience + competitive OTE!
