We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts across your region.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with a small number of high value Key Accounts in Manufacturing, Construction, Commercial and Packaging sectors.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, account reviews, and presentations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring exceptional service levels
  • Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and reduce seasonal fluctuations
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build new relationships and promote products
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support business planning
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated and well-organised, with strong time management skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
