We are seeking a dynamic and strategicKey Account Managerto join ourneurology teamahead of an exciting new product launch. This pivotal role is responsible for driving commercial success acrossCambridgeshireby building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and executing impactful account strategies.

Responsible:

  • Lead the launch and commercialisation of a new neurology product across the Cambridgeshire territory
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to local healthcare systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, specialist nurses, pharmacists, and payers
  • Engage with key decision-makers within NHS England
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant customer interactions and educational initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the neurology portfolio

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within neurology or a specialist care area
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape in the UK
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and key account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • ABPI qualified (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region
