A leading beauty company in Birmingham is seeking an Oribe Key Account Manager. This role involves managing key accounts and driving sales through strong relationships and effective planning. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the luxury or professional hairdressing sector, and must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and BI tools. The position offers a friendly work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager Prestige Brands, the Oribe Key Account Manager will be responsible for Prestige, Luxe and Expert Tier Oribe accounts, ensuring growth and sales targets are met to deliver the commercial plans of the Oribe brand. You will lead customer Joint Business Planning Meetings and ensure execution in collaboration with the multifunctional Oribe team, including Sales and Education, working in line with the brand strategy.
This will involve planning and supporting bespoke customer education and marketing campaigns, bringing to life the customer and brand key focus areas with Oribe. You will also collaborate with, support, and where possible recommend and discuss Goldwell Colour, introducing Oribe salons to Goldwell and encouraging joint working.
