About the Role

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What Does the Role Involve?
  • Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  • Developing 'focus' customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  • Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the CRM system Salesforce.

What You Need Is:
  • Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
  • A solution-oriented approach to uncover customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

  • Resilience and adaptability to meet various customer levels.
  • Drive, motivation, curiosity, and organizational skills.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license for site visits, with disclosure of points and expiry dates.
