The Role of the Key Account Manager

• Promote the purchase of high-quality lighting products, including lighting, lighting controls, and luminaires, while actively creating demand through strategic project hunting.
• Target sectors such as M&E contractors, consultants, food manufacturing, logistics, warehouses, and industrial.
• Influence decision-makers like M&E contractors, consultants, and end-users, ensuring products are specified and delivered via appropriate channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive specifications and close project opportunities.
• Collaborate with Lighting Designers to offer optimal product solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Seek out new project opportunities and convert specifications into sales.
• Ensure activities align with company policies.

• Salary: £40K - £65K, with £90K - £100K+ OTE

The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager

• Experience in lighting, particularly external sales, is preferred.

• Knowledge of project sales process and exposure to sectors like food manufacturing, logistics, warehouses, and industrial.
• Confident communicator with influence skills.
