We are seeking a driven and resourceful Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing accounts, ensuring that each client is fully supported and that all potential sales and funding opportunities are maximised. This role is crucial for aligning our funding and material sales divisions to deliver value across both product offerings. You will work closely with the Material Sales and Energy Services teams to identify and capitalise on synergies, ensuring customer needs are met with solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience Required:
Min of 2 years Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, ideally within the insulation, construction, or sustainability sectors.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
Analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and derive insights for strategic action.
Familiarity with funding mechanisms in the insulation industry is a plus.
Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
