We are seeking a driven and resourceful Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing accounts, ensuring that each client is fully supported and that all potential sales and funding opportunities are maximised. This role is crucial for aligning our funding and material sales divisions to deliver value across both product offerings. You will work closely with the Material Sales and Energy Services teams to identify and capitalise on synergies, ensuring customer needs are met with solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to fully understand their business needs, objectives and providing prompt efficient support.
  • Identify, initiate, and secure cross-selling opportunities across funding and material sales, driving revenue and contributing to business targets.
  • Provide clients with industry-leading support by coordinating with the relevant teams, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering guidance on product and funding options.
  • Work closely with the energy services and material sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identifying shared opportunities and working closely with department leaders to craft joint proposals that address comprehensive customer requirements.
  • Track and report on account performance using CRM, preparing regular updates for senior management and contributing to forecasts, pipeline management, and strategic planning.

Skills and Experience Required:

Min of 2 years Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, ideally within the insulation, construction, or sustainability sectors.

Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.

Analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and derive insights for strategic action.

Familiarity with funding mechanisms in the insulation industry is a plus.

Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
